Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your business! We hope that you enjoy any books you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please review the information below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. We will pay for return postage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customer service at service@saharabook.com. Be sure to include your order nuber. Please outline the reason for the return and clearly indicate the current condition of the item(s) in question. We will respond within two (2) business days with a return shipping label.

Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow two (2) business days from receipt of the return to process the refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
